All ellesse items being returned or exchanged must be in their original, unworn condition with tags (unwashed, unaltered, original shoebox).

Customers may return or exchange items free of charge based on the following criteria:

  • You made your purchase within the past 30 days.
  • The item you purchased is not a Final Sale item (specified on product page and checkout).
