How do I process a return or exchange?

It's super easy to process your return or exchange through your account. Just follow the steps below.

TO EXCHANGE: Go to https://ellesse.com/us/en/login, and head over to your order history to start your exchange. If you haven't set up an account you'll be directed to do so.

  1. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original order. Please use this as it includes important information.
  2. Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any USPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days.

Please Note: 

  • Let us know the name, size and color of the product you’d like in exchange for your return.
  • Please note that we won't send your new item until we've received and checked your returned item.
  • We'll only exchange for a product that's the same or lesser value than the item you're returning.
  • If the item you select isn't in stock when we're ready to process and ship that exchange order, we’ll be in touch with you once we receive your product to advise.
  • To expedite the exchange process and ensure that you receive the product you'd like in exchange, we suggest placing a new order.

  3. Once our warehouse receives your return, you'll be notified via email of your full refund.
