It's super easy to process your return or exchange through your account. Just follow the steps below.
Whether you're processing a return or exchange, you'll need to login your (or create an) ellesse account. Be sure to use the email on your original order.
Once you're logged in, follow these steps:
- Head over to your order history
- Select the order # you want to return or exchange, and click the Return Button to start your return or exchange.
- Select the item(s) being returned, and reason for return/exchange. Please note if you're processing an exchange you'll need to choose a reason code with exchange in it.
- If processing an exchange, please specify the new size in the notes.
Once you've completed these steps:
- We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original order. Please use this as it includes important information.
- Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any UPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days.
- We will only accept returned items that are in their original, unworn condition with tags.
- Please note we only process size exchanges. For style or color, you'll need to place a new order.
- Please note for exchanges that we won't send your new item until we've received and checked your returned item.
- If the item you select isn't in stock when we're ready to process and ship that exchange order, we’ll contact you and issue a refund.
- To expedite the exchange process and ensure that you receive the product you'd like in exchange, we suggest placing a new order.
