How do I get a return label?

TO RETURN/EXCHANGE: Go to, and go into your Order History to begin a return/exchange. If you haven't set up an account you'll be directed to do so.

  1. Under the My Account drop down menu, select Order History and click on the order you'd like to return.
  2. Follow the prompts to initiate the return/exchange.
  3. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your original order. Please use this as it includes important information.
  4. Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any USPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days.
