How do I track my order?

You can track your order through your ellesse account. To get to your account do the following:

  • Log in here: Account Login Click on the orders tab on the left side.
  • The status of each order will be listed. An order listed as “unfulfilled” has not yet been shipped.
  • An order listed as “Shipped” has been shipped and you should receive an email within 24 hours with your tracking number.
  • You will be emailed a tracking number within 24 hours after your order has shipped from our California warehouse.
